Chef Carmine Mazzone is a well known Chef serving you the very finest dinners made from the best imported ingredients available. Born & raised in Brooklyn, NY he has over 30 years experience creating authentic Southern Italian/Neopolitan cuisine.

Formerly the chef for the infamous Queen Marie Italian Restaurant in Brooklyn and owner of Torre's Italian Restaurant in Brooklyn he uses simple tasting, old fashioned, hearty flavors with a pinch of love in every dish.
